Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail.
In the unlikely event this happens, please contact the USPS location that is stated on the tracking number as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order ships out. Sometimes a tracking status says delivered but the package gets held back a day or two and eventually makes it’s way to the shipping address. If it has been a few days since the tracking status says delivered and you still have not received your order, we recommend calling the USPS location stated on the tracking number as the order might have to be picked up at the post office. If this happens, you will need your I.D. to pick up the package.

To help protect the look of your jewelry, it is best to avoid getting it wet. This includes lotions, perfumes, hand sanitizer, salt water, chlorine water, while showering/bathing and while exercising. Chemicals found in personal body products brake down the metal & alter the appearance so we suggest putting on your jewelry last when getting ready to go out.
We recommend storing all your Forever Golden pieces in the jewelry pouch it came in or in a sealed zip lock bag and placed in a dry, cool environment.
